Payment
I accept payment through Paypal and Stripe.
***WA STATE RESIDENTS will be charged sales tax based on where you live within WA state****
Because WA businesses must charge "destination-based sales tax", WA state residents will be charged 9.5% through Paypal and I will reimburse the extra amount charged to you, if your city tax rate is less. I'm sorry for this inconvenience, but it is impossible for me to cover every county with the correct amount at the time of checkout. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping
I will ship items out to you via First Class USPS mail within 1-4 business days of payment. Seei individual listing for details as custom items take a little longer. Depending on the time the order is placed, I may even ship the same day.
♥ Domestic Orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation and tracking information.
♥ Orders over $50 US will have complimentary insurance protection. This includes USA, Canada and most international destinations.
Your purchase will arrive to you in a gift box inside of a bubble envelope. This is the safest way to ship delicate items without a lot of weight. In order to reduce waste, multiple order items will be boxed together to keep shipping costs down. If you wish to have separate boxes please let me know your preference in the message to seller when placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are shipped via First Class International mail. I cannot be held responsible for customs fees your package may incur as they are imposed by the receiving country and are not in my control. I also cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form or reduce it's value to avoid tax. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.
Refunds/Exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase so please ask questions before you buy. Make sure to read measurements and descriptions carefully as jewelry is magnified in the photos to show detail.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
I accept exchanges or returns (refund will be cost minus shipping charges). The item needs to be returned in the condition in which it was sent to you within 2 weeks of purchase. The buyer will pay for return shipping costs.
DAMAGE/LOSSES:
If the item you receive is damaged or broken in any way please contact me and I will replace it. For lost packages, I require that you wait 21 days (USA), 45 days (international/APO/FPO), 60 days (Italy) as USPS recommends, before I send a replacement item.
