FAQs about Custom Orders 

How do I get started?

- Send a message to either my FB page or click contact from this page.

- Attach an original sketch of your idea with description, reference a URL of an existing listing in my shop with the changes you’d like to make, or send a photo of work I have done for a friend etc. It is extra helpful to include approx measurements of the links and the entire necklace as it determines price.

- PLEASE DO NOT send me photos of another artist’s work.

- I will try to get back to you within 24 hrs & give a price quote within a few business days.

- I require full payment up front and about 7-10 days to complete the order.

- Orders are shipping via USPS Priority Mail (insured) for $6, USPS First Class Mail with tracking & insurance to Canada for $10 and international for $10. These will also be insured but may not have tracking for your specific country.
